AIRCON MAINTENANCE CONTRACT
JOB SCOPE:
- Clean and wash the filters
- Clean the fan blower
- Clean the drain pan
- Flush the drain pipe
- Check the noise problem
- Check all electrical components
- Check the evaporator coil
- Advice on parts, which need replacements due to wear and tear
- Brush and comb the evaporator coil of the indoor units (if necessary)
- Check the refrigerant system
- Test run after every servicing done
